Trip Terms & Policies

Booking & Payment

Your spot is confirmed once payment is received.

You may either pay in full at booking or reserve your spot with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to departure and will be invoiced directly.

Because each Say Yes trip is intentionally small and accommodations are secured in advance, all payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. If you choose the deposit option, failure to complete the remaining balance by the stated due date may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, you have two options:

  • Transfer your spot to another traveler. It is your responsibility to secure a replacement guest. Say Yes Travel Co. will share your available spot with our community and waitlist when possible, but cannot guarantee resale.

  • Transfer your payment to a future Say Yes trip. Available trips will be presented at the time of cancellation. Transfers must be requested at least 30 days before your original trip departure date and applied at the time of cancellation. If no suitable trip is available, the standard no-refund policy applies.

If Say Yes Travel Co. cancels a trip for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. Say Yes Travel Co. is not responsible for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, acts of war, or other force majeure events. In those cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or offer a credit toward a future trip, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests.

Say Yes Travel Co. is not responsible for:

  • Flight cancellations or delays

  • Illness or injury

  • Weather disruptions

  • Lost or delayed baggage

  • Personal emergencies

Purchasing travel insurance is the best way to protect your investment and your peace of mind.

Flights & Transportation

Guests are responsible for booking their own flights unless otherwise specified on the trip page. Ground transportation during the trip is included and detailed on each trip's page.

Arrival window guidance and logistics will be provided to confirmed guests prior to departure.

Accommodations

Accommodation details, including room type and configuration, are listed on each trip's page. All guests have their own bed. Some trips include shared rooms; others include private cottages or hotel rooms. Please review the trip page or reach out to hello@sayyestravelco.com before booking if this is important to your decision.

Conduct & Participation

Say Yes Travel Co. is built on the belief that travel is better when it feels safe, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Every guest deserves to show up exactly as they are and be treated with dignity and respect.

By booking, you agree to:

  • Treat fellow travelers and all people you encounter with kindness and respect

  • Honor the space, property, and communities we visit

  • Participate in the group experience with an open and positive spirit

  • Follow all local laws, venue rules, and any guidelines shared by Say Yes Travel Co.

Say Yes Travel Co. reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the group experience or makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome. No refund will be issued in this case.

Photography

Professional photography by Macey Snelson is included in every Say Yes trip. Your curated photo gallery will be delivered digitally after the trip.

By participating, you grant Say Yes Travel Co. permission to use images taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer your images not be used, please notify us by sending an email to hello@sayyestravelco.com at least 14 days before your trip departure date. We will honor all requests received by that deadline.

Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, outdoor conditions, and transportation. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for your own personal safety and well-being during the trip. Say Yes Travel Co. is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during the experience.

Agreement

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Policies.
