Because we know saying yes comes easier when you know what to expect.
What kind of women join these trips?
Women from all over and all walks of life. Most come solo and leave with new friends.
You will find kind, curious travelers who value connection, culture, and a little adventure, regardless of their age, background, or travel experience.
What if I don’t know anyone else going?
Perfect.
Most Say Yes travelers join solo, which is part of what makes these trips so special. You’ll be welcomed into a small group of women who are open, friendly, and often in similar life seasons, looking to reset, reconnect, and experience something new.
Many leave with friendships that last long after the trip ends.
Do I have to be super adventurous?
Not at all.
Each trip is designed with a mix of activity and rest. Whether you’re up for a sunrise hike or prefer to sip coffee by the water, you can shape the experience to match your pace.
Every activity is optional. Every day is yours.
Why women only?
Say Yes trips are intentionally women-centered.
There’s an ease that happens when women travel together. Conversations open up, laughter flows easily, and you can be fully yourself without overthinking it.
There’s also something reassuring about navigating a new place as a group. From shared rooms to heading back to the hotel after dinner, you’re not navigating this experience alone.
These trips aren’t about excluding anyone. They’re about creating an environment that feels comfortable, connected, and easy.
Are Say Yes trips inclusive?
Yes.
Say Yes trips are women-centered spaces. We welcome women of all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ women.
Because these trips involve shared accommodations and are designed around women traveling together, they are not open to men.
Can I share a room with someone?
Yes. All accommodations are shared, and each traveler has her own bed.
If you’re coming with a friend, you can request to room together. If you’re traveling solo, you’ll be thoughtfully paired with another traveler.
Sharing a space can feel vulnerable. It can also be where the best late-night conversations happen. Connection is built in. Sometimes it starts with a shared room and a late-night conversation.
Will there be free time?
Absolutely.
Every itinerary includes built-in time to rest, reflect, or wander on your own. Journal. Explore a new neighborhood. Nap by the pool. Get lost in a local café.
These unplanned moments often become the ones you remember most.
Are meals included?
Meals vary by trip.
Some experiences include a few shared meals, while many dinners are intentionally left open so you have space to explore.
On most evenings, I’ll make a reservation for the group at a spot I’m excited about. You’re always welcome to join, but it’s never required. If you’re not hungry yet, want a quiet night, or have a dream meal in mind, you have the freedom to do that too.
Have a restaurant you’ve always wanted to try? Tell me, and we’ll make it happen.
Alcohol is never included.
Are flights included?
Flights are not included, but I’ll walk you through booking so your arrival aligns with the group.
Once you land, we take it from there. Lodging, transportation during the trip, and planned group activities are covered. You just show up and enjoy.
How do payments work?
Most trips offer two ways to book: pay in full or reserve your spot with a deposit and spread the remaining balance across smaller payments.
Deposit amounts and payment schedules vary by trip, and you’ll see all the details and options before checking out.
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the next steps, important dates, and reminders to keep everything simple and stress-free.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens.
Each trip has its own cancellation policy outlined during booking, and travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
Because planning begins months in advance, refunds are not available. However, you are welcome to transfer or resell your spot. While Say Yes cannot guarantee a replacement, we’re happy to share your available space with our community and waitlist to help you connect with another traveler.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is not required, but it is highly recommended.
It protects your investment if something unexpected happens, like illness, flight delays, or last-minute changes. Most full-coverage plans cost around $100 to $150 and can save you thousands if plans shift.
I’m happy to share a few trusted options if you’d like suggestions. The goal is simple. You feel confident, covered, and ready to enjoy the trip.
For international travel, you’ll need valid documentation such as a passport and any required visas.
