Because we know saying yes comes easier when you know what to expect.

What kind of women join these trips?

Women from all over and all walks of life. Most come solo and leave with new friends. You will find kind, curious travelers who value connection, culture, and a little adventure, no matter their age, background, or travel experience.

What if I don’t know anyone else going?

Perfect. Most Say Yes travelers join solo, which is part of what makes these trips so special. You will be welcomed into a small group of women who are open, friendly, and often in similar life seasons, looking to reset, reconnect, and experience something new. Many leave with friendships that last long after the trip ends.

Do I have to be super adventurous?

Not at all. Each trip is thoughtfully designed with a mix of activity and rest. Whether you are up for a sunrise hike or prefer to sip coffee by the water, you can shape the experience to match your pace. Every activity is optional, and every day is yours to enjoy in the way that feels best to you.

Are meals included?

Every Say Yes trip includes plenty of good food, but the details vary by destination. Some experiences include all meals at our home base, while others blend cozy home-cooked favorites with meals out at local spots.

Daily breakfast, lunch, and snacks are always included. Most trips also feature several shared dinners throughout the week. Group dinner plans are offered most evenings for those who want to join, but you are always free to explore on your own.

Alcohol, desserts, and personal treats are not included, so you can enjoy those at your own pace.

Are flights included?

Flights are not included, but we will walk you through the process of booking so your arrival aligns with the group. Once you land, we take it from there. Lodging, transportation, and planned activities are all covered. You just get to show up and enjoy.

Can I share a room with someone?

Yes. All accommodations are shared, with each traveler having their own bed. If you are coming with a friend, you are welcome to request to room together. If you are traveling solo, you will be thoughtfully paired with another traveler.

We know sharing a space can feel vulnerable, but it is also part of what makes these trips meaningful. Connection is built in, and sometimes it starts with a shared room and a late-night chat.

Will there be free time?

Absolutely. Every itinerary includes built-in time to rest, reflect, or wander on your own. Whether you want to journal, explore a new neighborhood, nap by the pool, or get lost in a local café, these unplanned moments often become the ones you remember most.

How do payments work?

Every trip offers two ways to book: pay in full or reserve your spot with a deposit and spread the remaining balance across smaller payments.

Deposit amounts and payment schedules vary by trip, but you will see all the details before checkout. Once you book, you will receive a confirmation email with a clear timeline, next steps, and reminders to keep things simple and stress-free.

What if I need to cancel?

Life happens. Each trip has its own cancellation policy outlined during booking, and travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

Because group retreat planning begins months in advance, refunds are not available. However, you are welcome to transfer or resell your spot. While Say Yes cannot guarantee a replacement, we are happy to share your available spot with our community and waitlist to help you connect with another traveler.

Do I need travel insurance for my trip?

Travel insurance is not required, but it is highly recommended. It helps protect your investment if something unexpected comes up, like a flight delay, illness, or a last-minute change in plans.

Most full-coverage plans cost around $100, which is a small price for peace of mind and can save you thousands if something unexpected happens. Many travelers choose policies that include trip cancellation, lost baggage, or medical coverage while abroad.

I am happy to share a few trusted options if you would like suggestions. The goal is for you to feel confident, covered, and ready to enjoy the trip.

For international travel, you will need valid documentation such as a passport (and any required visas) to join the group.
