The Say Yes Way
I didn't create Say Yes just to plan incredible trips.
I created it because I wanted to build the kind of space I wished existed.
A place where women could show up exactly as they are. A place where strangers become friends. A place where you don't have to prove yourself, compete with anyone else, or wonder if you'll fit in.
Every itinerary is thoughtfully planned, but what makes a Say Yes trip truly special isn't the destination.
It's the people.
Over the years, I've learned that the best trips happen when everyone arrives with the same mindset. Not because we all have the same backgrounds, beliefs, or life experiences, but because we choose to travel with kindness, curiosity, and respect.
This is the culture we create together.
We lead with kindness.
Every woman deserves to feel welcomed, included, and valued.
We celebrate one another, encourage one another, and assume good intentions. Small acts of kindness have a way of becoming the moments people remember most.
We stay curious.
One of the greatest gifts of travel is meeting people whose lives look different from our own.
Every woman on your trip brings decades of experiences, stories, wisdom, and perspectives. Ask questions. Listen well. Be open to learning something new.
You never know which conversation might change your life.
We choose connection over division.
We all come from different backgrounds. We each have beliefs, opinions, political views, and personal convictions.
Those things matter.
But for this one week, we choose to leave the world's biggest debates at home.
Instead, we spend our energy discovering hidden cafés, watching sunsets, laughing over dinner, wandering beautiful streets, and getting to know the human being sitting across from us.
There is so much more that makes us interesting than the things that divide us.
Everyone belongs here.
Some women are seasoned travelers.
Some are boarding a plane for the first time.
Some hike quickly. Some take their time. Some stop to photograph every flower along the trail.
None of those things determine whether you belong.
We travel together, not as competitors.
Comments that make someone feel unwelcome because of their age, pace, body, experience, background, or ability don't reflect the spirit of Say Yes.
Everyone deserves a seat at this table.
Help me protect this space.
Creating a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere isn't just something I hope for. It's one of my most important responsibilities as your host.
If someone says or does something that makes you feel uncomfortable, unseen, or excluded, please come talk to me.
You never have to handle those moments alone.
I'll address them thoughtfully, privately, and with the goal of making sure every woman feels safe, respected, and able to enjoy the experience.
My promise to you
When you travel with Say Yes, my promise extends far beyond planning hotels and itineraries.
I promise to create a space where kindness comes first.
Where everyone is welcomed.
Where differences are respected.
Where laughter is abundant.
Where friendships have room to grow.
Where you can exhale, be fully present, and simply enjoy being exactly who you are.
Because that's what Say Yes has always been about.
Not just seeing beautiful places.
But helping women discover how beautiful life can feel when they know they belong.
